Lean Management is more than a collection of some methods.  It is the empowerment of humans to eliminate waste and to increase the value added to the customer.  You start a journey, and the more you proceed, the more you realize that you are just at the beginning.  Quality, lead time and cost structure shall become bench-mark.  It is not easy, because discipline and radical rethinking are necessary, but in the end, it pays off.
