I am free for new challenges now.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-348-1\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-has-style\" ><div class=\"panel-row-style panel-row-style-for-348-1\" ><div id=\"pgc-348-1-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-348-1-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"2\" ><div class=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\">\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<h1><strong>My principles<\/strong><\/h1>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-348-2\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\" ><div id=\"pgc-348-2-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-348-2-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"3\" ><div class=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\">\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<p><strong>Integrated<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can compare a manager to an expert juggler.\u00a0 You have to keep all the balls in the air, and everybody watches you.\u00a0Strategy and marketing, organization, human resources, operational excellence, and financial KPIs are part of one system, and someone must not overlook any critical environment factor.<\/p>\n<p>An enterprise, a plant, an organizational unit is always a system, and a thorough understanding of this system is vital to make the right interventions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pgc-348-2-1\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-348-2-1-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"4\" ><div class=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\">\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<p><strong>Goal-oriented<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Only results count in management.\u00a0 A clearly defined assignment and precise objectives are essential.\u00a0 Together, with the client, we set goals according to the SMART-rule (specific, measurable, ambitious, resourced \/ realistic, time-bound).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-348-3\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\" ><div id=\"pgc-348-3-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-348-3-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"5\" ><div class=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\">\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<p><strong>Quality first<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Satisfied customers are a significant asset for any company. Unfortunately, the balance sheet cannot show\u00a0this. The fact is that costs for complaints, rework, etc. are enormously high. By raising the quality and eliminating these costs, everyone is served\u00a0better, and the employees are proud of their performance.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pgc-348-3-1\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-348-3-1-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"6\" ><div class=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\">\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<p><b>Structured<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) is ultimately the only correct approach to solving problems. What is important is the \"P\" and thus a systematic actual analysis, evaluation and action derivation. There are some simple and complex ways to identify the main levers.\u00a0 Wozabal Consult will help you in finding that bottleneck or constraint.<\/p>\n<p>If measures are defined, they must be implemented quickly and in a structured manner. Depending on the topic, you then can see in a few days and weeks or at the latest after 1-2 years whether the measures were effective.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-348-4\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\" ><div id=\"pgc-348-4-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-348-4-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"7\" ><div class=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\">\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<p><b>Hands-on<\/b><\/p>\n<p>At that\u00a0shop-floor, there are the employees who generate the added value for the customers. Here, ultimately, the truth is to be found, and the changes come visible. Here you create the necessary urgency for change and results emerge. There is also a lot of experience with the staff at the base.<\/p>\n<p>It is therefore essential to reduce meetings and elaborations to a necessary minimum. Better 80-90% implemented quickly than 100% in 2-4 years.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pgc-348-4-1\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-348-4-1-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"8\" ><div class=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\">\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<p><b>Respectful<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Every person is valuable and must be treated with respect. Above all, sufficient information is vital. Furthermore, one should not underestimate the fellow human beings. Often we do not listen to many workers in the company, but at home, they organize clubs, plan\u00a0holidays, build a house and manage a household.<\/p>\n<p>Appreciation also means to challenge each other.\u00a0 You\u00a0see the\u00a0potentials in\u00a0others\u00a0and help them to grow.\u00a0 Everybody can do better and improve himself - however, this has to start with oneself.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-348-5\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-has-style\" ><div class=\"panel-row-style panel-row-style-for-348-5\" ><div id=\"pgc-348-5-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-348-5-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"9\" ><div class=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\">\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<p><strong>Open communication<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Trust in consulting\u00a0is essential. I always see myself as a sparring partner of the client. My experience is that the employees value it immensely, even if you called the problems by name.<\/p>\n<p>In coaching executives, it is again important to clarify who communicates individual topics and the means of communication.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pgc-348-5-1\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-348-5-1-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"10\" ><div class=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\">\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<p><b>Networking<\/b><\/p>\n<p>My absolute strength lies on the whole and the Systems in general, although I also have worked a lot in details. However, I know my limits on some topics, and therefore I have a network of already proven partnerships.<\/p>\n<p>On the one hand, I use these partners as my sparring partners in the consultancy and, on the other hand, I also offer to handle individual topics or projects together.
